    Description said open box, but it was completely new in the original unopened box. All was original, and it worked right out of the box. Price was super fair and shipping was free and fast, it arrived within 48 hours of purchase. Seller was responsive and easy to communicate with.

    I was happy with everything. The shipping was on time, the item was even better than in the pictures! On his own behalf, this seller offered to help with an aspect that wasn't his responsibility but simply out of kindness. He also brought the price down with my bid. If this seller has something you want, I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM even if the cost is a little more than another's because this seller truly seems to want to assure you're happy with what you buy. I 100% recommend this seller!

    Ordered on a Sunday, arrived on a Thursday. Securely packed in a very nice bubble wrap pillowcase type thing to prevent damage. Computer is exactly as advertised, and works exactly as intended. All specs are correct, everything is fully functional. Amazing price for a refurbished computer. 10/10, would buy from them again.

    Even tho the item I received was damaged in shipping, had to return it but the seller was super helpful and made the process super easy. I wouldn't blame them for the damaged tape drive, maybe the package could've used some more protective foam or bubble wraps . Overall the seller shop is amazing as they have great deals on computer parts and do fast shipping.
