  I don't think it was the sellers fault, but our item was very late. It sounds like it was a problem with the courier. Evri was used, and their customer service was pretty bad. It was all quite stressful as we were working to a tight schedule. Anyway, the seller communicated with us and that helped, but yeah, I would avoid using Evri couriers in future.

  1st set was ourchased paid more for a faster delivery. But they disappeared in the Evry post system. Then with only hrs to go a 2nd set arrived. This was a transaction over weeks now! When they arrived the earbuds are just Bluetooth nice lookin & ordinary buds. & instructions to a free app. There looks like trial period then fees? No comment in instructions. SERVICE SLOW AND NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE APP. The gift was given we hope they work we did not test them. Eventually thanks for delivery.!
