  im gonna have to open a claim :( . i waited 5 or 6 days for this to be shipped ,then asked when it would be shipped. was told they would try at end of the day , that they are short staffed. so 3 more days later still not shipped. asked if could have full refund so i can order from someone who is not short staffed and would ship in just a few days for me. never heard back , no refund. will have to open a claim to ebay.

  Once the item is shipped we do not have any power over when the item arrives. This item did show in the tracking that there was a delay. Item had arrived so not refund was issued.
