  I would like to leave feedback for this seller even though I did not get the correct item (my mistake, NOT theirs). I misread the voltage, and the item they sent was the listed one and not what I expected. I sent them a message and they went 'Above and Beyond' to rectify my error.   The power cord arrived exactly as described and in perfect condition. It was well packaged with no damage or wear and looked brand new right out of the box.   Just received my new charger which was actually a replacement charger that had a short in it. Parker was sent in a padded envelope wrapped in bubble wrap and well packaged the quality of this charger is superb condition is new and the value of the new charger is superb. This was a great purchase between purchasing it online and receiving the charger and quick fashionable time. Thank you seller
