    The item was exactly as described and was shipped promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately the unit did not work properly and after reporting that, this seller issued a prompt refund. Can’t ask for more than that. I would absolutely buy from this seller again.

    Item is like new. Seller was great at communication. He shipped same day I ordered. Only problem was that eBay international shipping is a bit slow. It took 30 days to reach me. EBay should work on improving shipping time and rates for Canada

    Great seller. There was an issue with the listing and the seller gave me a refund right way and apologized for the inconvenience. The product, though incorrect, arrived in great condition and was well packaged. For reference - The company makes two very similar models of this product, and do not have model numbers on them, and do not document it well on their website so you wouldn't know without a lot of research. Very trustworthy seller, would purchase from again.
