  It's nice, not what I ordered, but not their fault. The box says grey, but it's black. I'm guessing mislabeled in China. Thanks for getting it here quick, but the next time someone emails you an issue, probably a good idea to answer back.

  The original food storage containers that were sent to me had two lids that were damaged in shipping. After I notified the seller, actions were taken swiftly to send me new lids. The quality and value of the products purchased superseded the products I replaced. I'm happy with my purchase and honored to work with such a responsible, communicative seller who possesses good integrity.

  When my item arrived with a defect, seller was slow to respond with a return label. I had to wait for the return label, wait for the item to be recieved by a third party because the seller is dropshipping, then had to wait for my refund to process, all before having to do a whole new order rather than an exchange. Meanwhile, I was without a trash can all that time. Fortunately the second one only came with a very small defect that was not noticeable enough to go through the whole process again.

  After two weeks the seller did not ship my shed and ignored my inquiries, so I requested a cancellation. The seller ignored my cancellation and shipped me a box of BandAids instead of my shed. Never once did they communicate with me after several messages from me. I got eBay involved and they forced the seller to give me a refund. I don’t believe the original owner of this eBay store who earned the good reputation is still running this eBay store. I will never shop here again.
