    Item was as described in listing, great value for the price. The product was packed very well with foam inserts to ensure no damage. Shipping time with FedEx was a little slow but it did arrive in one piece. I did reach out to seller regarding a defective charging cable and they were generous enough to ship out a new one at no additional cost. I would purchase from seller again in the future.

    Item was exactly as advertised and even arrived sooner than what was estimated initially. The price of the computer I bought was more than reasonable given it's great condition compared to others I looked at. They truly went above and beyond with packaging the item and it arrived in perfect shape. I would definitely buy from this seller again, the entire experience was worth every penny.

    Monitors were shipped lovingly and with great care. FedEx messed up, not the seller. Items were as advertised. Price is fantastic, went ahead and bought another set after arrival. 11/10 seller, will be looking at other items for sale from them.
