That may seem expected, but 2 major retailers, ("A" poorly packaged open box and "W" South American region and Spanish keyboard) failed to deliver that. Very pleased with the product, the price, and arrived at the earliest promised date in a properly packaged protective box. Very, very pleased and impressed with seller.

Even came with a charging brick and cable, for only $22. I would highly recommend this seller to anyone and would buy again.

I reached out to the seller and they offered me a couple of options to rectify the issue. I was very pleased with the response and there offer to fix the problem. Would recommend the seller to others and would purchase from them again
