    Shipped promptly after purchase (although USPS took 8 days to deliver it...), and I was impressed with the attention to care in packing. Not only was the part padded with paper inside the original box, but that box was padded similarly and put inside another box! Can't get any safer than that! Very good price on this OEM part, also. Just received this afternoon so I have not installed the part, but it looks to be NOS (Open Box) as described and I don't anticipate any problems. Thank you!!!!

    I'm very pleased with the shipping, packaging and value of the OEM kitchenaid button control panel delivered to me in a matter of days from this parts supplier. This control panel I needed was accurately described as "new old stock" and was $100.00 less than a direct purchase from Kitchenaid. Upon a quick delivery of this OEM part, in 5 days my Kitchen KDTE254ESS1 is working perfectly again.

    Great experience. Ordered 4, received in a timely manner. One package though upon receipt was opened and missing components. Seller acknowledged the air and took care of the situation. They stand behind what they sell, I would gladly deal with them again. Thanks!

    This part worked as advertised. The seller responded promptly to my query about expedited shipping. The packing was exceptionally well done to protect this old and delicate part. This seller knows what they are doing and I appreciate them making discontinued parts like this available. I recommend them highly!

    Shipping was faster than expected. It was packaged exceptionally well. The part i received was exactly what i ordered and i needed it badly. My heat went out when it was subzero temperatures. I received the part 2 days after i ordered it. Greatly appreciated. Best price i could find anywhere. The local stores charge double and wont sell to somebody without a commercial account. This really got me out of a bind.
