  Although there was a problem with the delivery (the item was delivered to someone in a different state), this was not the fault of the seller. Once this was brought to the seller's attention, the seller offered to either send me one once he received a new supply (which would be up to several weeks) or refund my purchasing price. I opted to have my payment refunded. To the seller's credit, it was back in my Paypal account within a day. This response, to me, is the action of a five star seller.

  I never actually received this item because UPS delivered it to the wrong place. The seller was fast in communicating when notified and a resolution was reached the same day. Great seller and great customer service. Will definitely buy from again.

  Item as described,arrived in good condition. Bubble wrapped individually inside cardboard carton. Appears to be of good quality and are very heavy steel . I like the painted finish too !
