  My black vest was received in new condition as described but sizing was off. The previous two blue vests I purchased in the same medium size fit perfectly. Seller promptly resolved the issue and offered a partial refund to help me pay for a tailor to adjust it smaller. Overall I’m happy with the purchase but I feel sorry for the seller having to lose some profit.
