    The watch did come smelling like cigarette smoke, but when notified they where very apologetic and offered me money back or a return which I hadn t asked for, so that was very nice. I thought they were very professional and kind about the miss-hap and I appreciate their customer service that is there for the customer. In the end it was a pleasant experience.
