  I got a full refund and they asked me to keep it because it's defective. However, I'm going to recycle it. They didn't mean to send me defective item but it was the last one. 5 stars are for communication and support not for the item itself

  The seller was communicative, but it’s frustrating that they’re just reselling from 8BitDo, not stocking items themselves. They listed the pink 8BitDo Ultimate 2.4g Controller as available, then claimed it was “out of stock at their warehouse” — when really, they just couldn’t buy it. I came here because it’s sold out elsewhere, not to be told the same thing after purchase. This is also not the first seller that has done this its the second one -
