Wow....what can i say? The item came and arrived to the U.S in like 4 days from Italy. The shipping was super fast and the item was absolutely perfect and works exactly how I need it to! The sellers of this item I worked with personally to add on accessories. They were so nice, and so patient. They made the entire process super easy. The item is built with high quality materials, and coming and being made in Italy you absolutely cant go wrong! Thank you guys again!

Very good customer service from the vendor. Not their fault that it was stopped at customs in UK and had to pay prohibitive tax on it !. Seems perfectly all right. Thank you.

Très belle table à repasser mais il y a eu un problème avec la personne qui devait la livrer à domicile et qui n’est pas venu mais la déposé dans un relais trop loin pour nous qui sommes âgées alors que nous étions avec la dame de ménage ??

Molto disponibili ad ogni delucidazione, oggetto più che ottimo. Vedremo negli anni se offrono una buona assistenza se e quando necessaria ma per ora nel complesso più che soddisfatto!
