  Shipment came promptly and seller provided timely updates via email. Only issue was the box was pretty torn up by UPS because the item was heavy metal and not packed real well. Fortunately, the product is such that you could drop it off a 5-story building and probably not damage it. Just glad UPS kept taping it along the way and got it to me. I would buy from seller again, but would hope more care would be taken in packing items.

  item arrived in great shape, looks very good quality, great price, had a kinck with delivery, turned to be my location mistake, seller supported from day one I contacted, very attentfull service and issue got sorted.   You can t beat the price and the shipping was quick. Turned out it was to small to run the whole house and I contacted the company which were very helping and gave me back a full refund. Definitely recommend this company.
