  Bought 2 and was supposed to be overnight delivery. Each part was delivered separately over a week. Rang the company and the "eBay manager was supposed to ring me back........... he didn't. He's was a nightmare to deal with. On 2 further occasions he promised to contact the courier and get back to me. He didn't. Eventually he promised a 10% discount. I even had to ring him and remind him of this refund when it wasn't recieved and he blamed the accounts department. I will never use this company.

  This lamp is well made and good value for the money. The contact with seller regarding DPD's appalling effort to make delivery was excellent. It took four failed attempts by DPD to finally make it on the fifth! Please change your delivery contractor.
