  I messaged the seller to ask a simple question to avoid any disappointment over it not being what I needed/wanted. I received a prompt reply on the same day.   The DVD appearance looks similar to the listing, and the condition and packaging was good. There was a mistake made on the initial item shipped, and the seller immediately corrected the situation and send the updated tracking and a new DVD before I even knew there was an error. Shipping was very fast for both items. This seller handled the situation perfectly I am very happy with my experience. I highly recommend the seller, they value their clients and their purchases.
