Brand New, wrapped in black paper with care. The seams are sealed along the stitching edge. Color really matches the photo (I selected orange). Shipping from Britain to the US was about 11 days total, which I find acceptable. The price seems to be very fair. Excellent communication via Royal post to USPS.
