    The quality and condition of the solar panel were great. The pricing was lower than expected and even after shipping the price was still lower than I'd seen elsewhere for the panel itself. My only complaints about the transaction were that it took 14 days for the item to be shipped and the communication from the seller felt slow. It typically took a couple days to get a response. That being said the info in the responses were very helpful. I would buy from Elite again.

    Nearly opened a dispute due to the packaging being different to the picture and same packaging as all the counterfeit ones - but after investigating online and calling the Braun hotline - can confirm 100% that these are definatly not counterfeit and in fact are manufactured by Braun. If I was this seller I would make it more clear that you sell OEM products. Take a closeup foto of the zigzag thing on-top and close up of the ends so ppl can see it's not a fake.

    Came without the key component to link ut all up, however the supplier was excellent and after a series of questions they were great and agreed to send the missing part… All sorted, good product and supplier
