  TV arrived faster than I expected, was packed in the original box with zero damage. Exactly as described and had everything in the box. Couldn’t have gotten a better price anywhere else. Will definitely shop with them again

  The shoes were listed as new in their box, and the listing included no noted defects. The listing also included just one photo of the right shoe. When they arrived, the left shoe had a large and obvious brown stain on the white shoe toe below the laces. The stain could only partially be removed. A photo post-removal is included. We decided to keep the shoes, but this certainly should have been disclosed in the listing. The shipping and packaging were otherwise good.

  Before purchasing, I asked for photos of the Funko, and they were never sent despite confirming it. Upon receiving it, I noticed the package had been opened and the Funko was out of its protective packaging, with damage to the back of the box. The product wasn't in optimal condition, and the damage wasn't reported or shown in photos. Although I managed to get Pom Klementieff's signature, I was disappointed. I don't recommend buying without prior photos of the item's actual condition.

  First of all, I want to thank to Genesis llc for solving my problem with this TV. I ordered this TV 15 days ago. The TV arrived at my house, but unfortunately, I was on a week-long vacation at the beach. When I returned, I checked the package and was surprised to find the screen was cracked. After a week, I received my refund. Thanks again for solving my problem.
