  Everything was good other then the box has a small tear on it. The pictures did not show a tear on it. But otherwise it was delivered in excellent condition.

  Excellent packaging for the product. DG Labs to not cheap out at all. Even the Manual's material is luxurious. The product itself perform wonderfully and the battery lasts for hours on end. As for the seller, they shipped out the package the next business day and it arrived a few days after in pristine condition. Product was still factory sealed and looked exactly like the photo after opening.

  I have not received my item. It’s been over a month and I have not received my item. I have contacted the seller. I would definitely never buy from this seller again.
