    Communication was great from the start. As soon as I ordered this, and email was sent to me describing what was going to happen. It continued from there. The item was shipped in protective case. It looks better than described. I will absolutely use this team for future purchases

The seller has been quick to respond and very understanding, and I was able to return the product at no cost to me for a full refund.     Iphone 14 (used) was delivered with USPS Ground Advantage tracking service, in a padded Flat envelope, plus bubble wrapped iphone inside envelope. Seller takes great care in protective shipping aspects. iPhone arrived 2 days early, 5 days all together from auction. Will definitely recommend this seller. If upgrading your current phone with a physical Sim card, know that iphone 14 and up are e-Sim card only, requiring additional transfer steps to activate. Great Job! 🌟

    Item was shipped super fast. Was a little surprised a phone without a box was shipped in a padded poly mailer and then an envelope, but it thankfully made it safely. Great value for the item and item was just as described.
