Fast shipping. Well packed. Surprisingly the stand broke its attachment to the black plastic back monitor case. When seller contacted a new part was sent and easily replaced to resolve the problem. It was a pleasure to do business with this seller. I recommend this seller highly! I would certainly buy again from this seller. Aside from a small issue when receiving the product—it was delayed twice due to an address error, though I have no idea why since the address was correct—everything else was fine. The PC is in good condition despite being used, just as described in the listing. I also liked the way it was packaged—very secure. A small recommendation: if you're planning to buy one of these computers, you should immediately replace the hard drive with an SSD to get the most out of it. 10/10.
