    Everything was perfect with this transaction... Shipping was quick and safe, the condition was as described. Nice high quality and great value... However, the wrong item was sent but the seller has quickly refunded without question or hesitation. Thank you for taking care of your customers!

    The description of the item show it to be BLACK with no option of color choices and they sent me a BLUE. I received the product on 12/26 and inquired as to What happened? on 12/26. They replied backed on 12/27 at 12:16PM saying the will send me a return shipping label. Fast forward, I decided to keep the BLUE to avoid further delays of a replacement process. Out of nowhere, they gave me a partial credit w/o me asking for it for their error and inconvenience. Now, that s Customer Service!

    Watch is in excellent condition, exactly as expected based on the item description provided. It was listed as New Other but the original packaging was all there and it felt brand new when opening. Shipping was really quick! Great price for the watch. Would purchase from this seller again!
