    Great eBay seller, good communications, very accurate description, great protective packaging and very fast shipping. The Tektronix DM2510 Programmable Digital Multimeter is in very good used condition, well protected by the packaging with all knobs, switches and ports functional.     This item was well described, there was some case damage, which was visible in the photos so I knew what I was getting. I tested it out and it works just like the listing said. It was packed really really well! The seller must have experience shipping delicate pieces of precision equipment around. The shipping price was very good, considering how well they packaged it. They also gave me a great price on this item so I'm really very happy with everything.

    *** Another Good Ebay transaction *** Despite a mix-up of the item shipped, the communication was great and the issue was fully resolved within minutes of sending a message to them. The packing was good and the Mac Mini is a good value! Shipping delays by USPS were not the fault of ESource - Only mishandled and temporarily lost for 4 days by the post office....

    Went above and beyond. Made sure I got what was described or better. Very well packed too! Extreme Value Shipping via USPS was slow but less than 10$ so no complaints here! Have not tested the battery but unit is pristine.

    This device was shipped promptly and arrived well packaged and as described in the posting. There was an issue with the device that was beyond the seller's control, and a refund was quickly offered and shipping label provided. 100% would deal with this seller in the future.

    The mounts on the battery are damaged which wasn't described in the listing, and it can fall out if you aren't careful. But I have never seen another seller package something so well as this. My other laptop (different seller) was wrapped tightly in cardboard and shipped like a book. Not the case with this seller. Great job So the battery issue isn't really a big deal
