  Brand new Simplisafe outdoor camera arrived in excellent condition and worked the first time out of the box. It was priced very competitively and the seller was prompt with shipping the item. Thisis the third camera I’ve bought from this seller. The first was perfect like this one. The second one arrived in a badly damaged carton from the US postal service. The video unit worked but the sound module was defective. The seller made the return simple and painless and promptly refunded my payment.

  As far as seller respond time, communication. And delivery time.. all 5 stars.. recieved package before estimated arrival date. Product came as shown in pictures.. happy with purchase and will buy again from this seller.

  Great seller! Shipped super quick and USPS held it at the post office, then bounced it around NJ for a bit for whatever reason, but he was super responsive after I mentioned it. Appreciate the help and the cameras.
