  These people are not good, they’re fantastic. They advertise no shipping, but I gave them my UPS Number and they packed the product. Unbelievable. It arrived as described and was an absolutely outstanding value. Look at my feedback you can see it’s 100% and I can tell you, these people are better than 100%, they were amazing.

  So I received my item that I purchased and it wasn’t in the condition it was advertised. I ended up reaching out and whomever I spoke to was willing to give me a partial refund so I could get the 3 cds resurfaced. I appreciate the person hearing me out and said he would talk to his employees about adding the wrong information. I appreciate the person hearing me out and meeting me in the middle. Making this upsetting purchase into redeeming themselves. I will definitely give them a second chance

  The shipping was very quick, it arrived in a bed of foam Cheetos is what I can describe and wrapped very well and securely, the controller itself is in great condition as described it's very nice and I couldn't be any happier, and for the price it was a win for sure.
