    Excellent customer service. Their response was quick when I asked a question and I received my item in two days of ordering. As you see from the photo the item arrived in good condition, good quality - is a Seward approved product. Also good value for money compared to other sites. Appearance good. Thank you very much.

    The item arrived and I tried it out. I detected what I assumed was a fault as my previous tester years ago didn't do the same thing. I emailed the seller and although they were out of office for the xmas holidays they arranged a courier to collect the item and returned it after testing to me at no cost and very quickly. I cannot recommend the company enough, the equipment is of a very high standard, the prices are very reasonable and the after sales service exceptional.

    Very quick delivery, well packaged with recyclable materials, excellent product, good communication with some questions prior to ordering, good value equipment from established manufacturers with good paperwork included to help including online course,would definitely recommend.
