  Well what a find, had a apple homepod 1st generation suddenly die, came across this company on eBay and what a company sent them message with problem rvd details immediately sent HomePod next day was contacted told was repairable paid and sent straight back all good and working absolutely brilliant service all as described and good price Thanks very much made me very happy!

  Amazing seller, unfortunately my package was lost by Royal mail through no fault of their own. They communicated with me throughout advised of time period and that they were reaching out to Royal Mail for an update. Unfortunately they had no update so seller looked to offer a discount on other products due to the delay. In the end received a refund but very happy with communication throughout 10/10 seller will use again!!

  I can genuinely say I have never had a seller with better communication or swifter delivery. Can thoroughly recommend them and their prices were very competitive. Really reassuring as this was a +£200 item with many fakes and copies floating about from dishonest sellers.

  Amazing service offered here. I was given so much help, in advance about the process. I didn’t have high expectations that my HomePod could be fixed as someone else had previously tried and failed (I should have sent it straight to these guys!) They tried to as soon as it arrived and, when it could not be fixed, they both refunded the charge immediately and were able to offer me some money for the remaining useful parts. I’d recommend them to anyone.

  Slightly concerned when package arrived as looked like it had been sat on. However, large amount of bubble wrap protected the headphones nicely and no damage done. Headphones represented good value even slightly more worn than described, that said, seems to work fine. Postage charge fine.

  Had an issue with Royal Mail but not sellers fault. Arrived Looked better than photos and priced really well. Packaged in original box. As described fully working and sounds amazing.
