He is a great seller to work with so I got a couple of items from him. Just a next level E-Bay seller is my view. The parts were better than described, packed very well, very prompt shipper, beautiful condition so very good value

    The item arrived in good condition but was different than the item pictured in the ad. Apparently it was for a newer version. I contacted the seller who replied quickly with the offer of a refund. I was able to find a way to make it work without returning the item. Communication with the seller was great. Good transaction.

    Rear derailleur was shipped in a perfect little box - very secure. It was better looking in person than the pictures could represent - looked nearly new - but definitely arrived as described. The shipping was fast and responsive, and this little thing is already on my bike and working perfectly, so the value is there in spades. Thank you for the great sale.

    Excellent service from start to finish. Bargain compared to UK prices, 50% cheaper for the same item. Synced and works perfectly. Even got a page of the local newspaper thrown in. These will be my go to people if I cannot source replacement parts in the UK. Near excellent condition as described and well packaged. Triple A seller.

    I faced some challenges with the original delivery via USPS - it didn't arrive (through no fault of the seller). Seller was great in helping to resolve the issue and sent a replacement item via UPS to help me ensure that I received my item as quickly as possible. I wish more sellers were as solid as this one.
