    I have serious reservations about the shipping time, the distance of 33 miles takes 7 days. The shipment from Central Europe to Scotland arrived faster and on time as described. Shame on the Scots. I chose this seller because he was close, but I was disappointed. The product itself is as described but I don't need it anymore

    I have tried to sort this problem out with the seller ,they sent me the wrong item and were rude and disrespectful towards my complaint.They didn’t know what item they had sent me.I sent them a description and photo of the said item on my arm which I believed was the best way to inform the. They accused me of wearing it which was not true,I thought this was the best way to show them the product.I have now ordered another one from a different eBay seller.Buyers beware of this rude Company

    Last week I ordered a wrist support but unfortunately it was to small, I ordered another and it came 2 days after and I’m getting a refund for the 1st one, this seller has the best customer service that I’ve ever received, I would not hesitate to order from them again and they offer free delivery !!
