  I purchased a laptop charger for my gaming laptop. The charger isn't working for my gaming laptop. I spoke with the seller. They sent me out half a cord to try and fix it. Both cords are faulty and not charging my laptop. Now the seller is refusing to give me a refund even after I offered to ship back the cords. I am not happy! I want my money back! I will still send them back. But I want my money back if these cords are not going to work for my laptop

  Excellent customer service! Seller shipped item quickly! It arrived new as described with good packaging to protect the item. Charger works great!
