    High quality monopod (stick) at a great price. Quick release was missing, however, seller quickly suggested that I return item for a full refund. Instead, we negotiated a partial $$ return, money that I could use to purchase a quick release mechanism elsewhere. I am completely satisfied. Great communication, great to do business with.
