    Great experience. Super efficient. I reached out to the seller telling them that I needed a new door handle and asked what we would do about having it match our current keys. The seller stated that if I purchased from them in the past, I could just provide the five-digit code on our keys and they could make this new door handle match. Since we did purchase our previous door handles from this seller (five years ago), they were able to send it very quickly and we didn't have to have new keys made.

    I’ve not installed the knobs yet, but love the brass tone. Can’t wait to see them on my vanity. So glad I found these on eBay. The items were packaged well, too. I reached out to clarify the shipment date, and had a quick response from the vendor. Will shop this store again.
