When I contacted the sellers, at first they offered to only give me a $2 refund. Then they asked me to send it back. So I told them to send me a "return label" to return it. As it would cost me more money then the item is worth, and the cost shouldn't come out of my pocket. But they never sent me a return label AND have not refunded me yet. Nothing! Note, I even sent them photos of their defective item. So I'm now stuck with a defective item.
