  - Motherboard was essentially new -- if it was used it was cleaned very well or kept in very clean environment - Packaging was very good, lots of bubble wrap to protect it. - The motherboard was not shipped in an anti-static bag. It was not damaged by this though. - The CPU cooling bracket came loose in shipping and could have damaged the motherboard. It did no damage though. Overall very satisfied.

  Ordered 2 items but only received 1. When I contacted the seller, they said they ran out of stock, but they did not tell me until I asked about it. They did refund me when I asked, but I wish they communicated better so I could have looked at options for buying another from a different seller.

  Shipped me a broken motherboard and won’t send a label. Quality looked pretty new. But didn’t work. Don’t order from these people. Won’t respond to any messages either. This is my second time having a bad experience with this store.

  Good stuff. Helpful seller. Answered my questions, was very accommodating about requests Irrelevant, bought it for a friend who I had a falling out with mid-transit. He still uses this though. Says it works. Good product!
