  This had a right and such poor condition. It is totally unacceptable. The way it was packed. It was literally inside a bag with no padding or anything. They had a few cardboards inserted into the crown of the hat, but not enough to hold its shape through a paper bag it was totally disgusting and I will never purchase do not waste your money. Why would they offerfree shipping? If they will not ship it correctly I’d rather pay the shipping and now I have to go and pay somebody to fix it.

  Very nice hat although I had to reshape it because it was shipped wrapped in plastic not a box but once reshaped very happy with it.

  Shipping and leather hat in a bag ruins the hat. Has no real shape to it anymore horrible practice to not put a leather hat or any hat in a box to ship. Stay away from this seller when it comes to anything that requires care when shipping.
