  Great service all round. Delivered in good condition and no additional damage. Great overall price with the delivery. Packed well. As described. Postage costs were on the high side, but the cost of the part was very reasonable, so still cheaper than similar sellers

  Questions answered, fast dispatch, tracking ok (did go dark for a couple of hours). Item exactly as described. Good value for money and would definitely recommend and purchase from this seller again.

  To start with the good bit, the item was extremely well packaged when it eventually arrived, the problem is this seller uses the second worst courier in the UK, so despite prompt dispatch the item arrived one week late, and this unfortunately reflects badly on the seller, although it's not your fault the item sat in a depot for 5 whole days and never moved you did unfortunately choose the courier and the buck lies at your door.

  Duly noted, you also have to remember this is a 11.81 item and we cannot afford to use world class courier companies. We have to pay 13% to ebay, 20% VAT & courier 4.00 etc. Once you add all, there is very little left for us. This is why we have put the option to pay 7.00 and get next day delivered but unfortunately no one wants to spend but to whinge. Thanks for your business and appreciate what we have done for peanuts.

  El envio esta bien. El embalaje habría estado mejor si hubiesen envuelto la piza con plástico burbuja o mas cartón ya que se movia mucho dentro la caja, aunque no ha sufrido daños por el envio. La descripción es correcta y las fotos del anunció son de la pieza recibida. Todo bien 🙂 👍

  Part in good condition, good value and item as described. Packaged well. Negative: Seller dispatched straight away and tracking info was provided, unfortunately seller uses Yodel and part was delivered 3 days late. Would use again but would recommend seller to change courier.
