    Post office lost shipment. Seller was nice about it and gave me a refund. The seller is not a fault here. The only issue was with the post office. I would buy from this seller again. Very nice people. Communication was A+++.

    Item showed up late & was missing one of the strap locks. I had ordered 2 sets of strap locks (4 pieces) only 3 pieces arrived in a small plastic shipping bag that was damaged & taped up with one of the items missing. Obviously it was USPS that damage the package & lost one strap lock. But the seller packaged the item very poorly. Sellers fault. I contacted the seller and they did not respond to me. I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review on eBay until now. Stay away from this seller.
