  I've been sent a wrong version of a record due to a stock miscount. The seller offered me a partial refund if I wanted to keep the record and a full one in case I wanted to return it. I kept it and the refund was issued instantly. Good communication, very well packaged record, no issues with shipping. Reliable seller after all. I've just got unlucky, hope it will be better next time.

  Through no fault of their own the initial order never arrived from the mail service, I did reach out and they were quick to reply and send out a new t-shirt which arrived quickly and in perfect condition, the Appearance is that of the image and I think is great value for money.
