    The item was late in arriving by twice the estimated time given however the seller did communicate well throughout its journey and notify it was going to be late Exactly what I needed, value for money and well packaged

    Not impressed with this product or the seller. Rummier not as advertised but a cheaper alternative that is awful. After highlighting this to the seller, I was offered a discount and pointed out the they were not admitting to the problem. I then also got offered the full refund and returned postage to be paid for by them. Now you don’t offer all that if it was the genuine product as per advertised. A knock off and rubbish. It kept shifting and doesn’t lay down flat. Second pic is what I got.

    Item arrived exactly as described, good quality and good value. There was a bot of a hiccup with delivery but communications with the seller resolved it. I would use them again..
