    Package arrived safe and as described. Unfortunately, Ford gave us the wrong part number, so we had to return the item. DssAutoParts were very understanding and very helpful with our return. I would highly recommend this seller A+++++++

    Ordered for my 2016 Tahoe. Shipped next day via USPS. Moved to Indianapolis where it went back and forth for about 9 days then without tracking notice, it showed up. Seller was very responsive to emails. Ended up ordering another alternator as car was waiting inoperative. It came in same day as the Indy roundabout alternator. Sent it back as refused. Awaiting refund.

I had a bad starter they even sent me the new one right out with three days shipping and with a return label for the one that didn’t work.
