  Unfortunately item was factory faulty as it was glued on wrong but the seller was very helpful and gave me a full refund as soon as I raised the issue with them, they are very kind and helpful, good communication, item was dispatched fast arrived quickly, was new as stated, I would buy again, item in this case was not good even though it looked so pretty but the seller was great

  Got there in the end, initially sent the wrong item which I returned as requested, the correct item then too ages to appear, however...... I was fully refunded and told I could keep the correct item for free, hence the positive feedback.

  As advertised, well packed, quick delivery, unfortunately it is the wrong size, entirely my own fault as I clicked on the incorrect model. will try again!

  Product as described and received quickly, however, I made a bit of a mistake when ordering because my laptop is 15.6" so it was a bit of a struggle to get it in! Passed on to a friend though, who's delighted with it. No problem with this seller.
