    Excellent communication. Smooth transaction. Item was as described. Arrived clean. Had to communicate some details and seller was understanding. No issues and straightforward communication. I wish that had been the case with the others. . I had asked this seller to pack the item well (had purchased it twice from sellers who were so negligent). Item arrived so nicely packaged. Safely in its new home. What a relief to finally have this item I’ve been looking for for a long time. Thank you.

    Hi, the item came on time and everything... the only reason I am giving this seller 4 stars instead of 5 is because he was very responsive, answering my questions at first... and then once I purchased the item I suddenly realized this might not actually be the correct filter for my air purifier, so I contacted him to confirm and he never responded. It seemed like once I had made the purchase, he didn't feel the need to continue to communicate with me since he had already made the sale?
