I am still giving a high rating in that area though. When I reached out regarding the issue, the seller had a plausible explanation and offered multiple avenues to correct the problem. Ultimately, I kept the item I purchased and was offered a very fair, partial refund. Excellent communication from the seller and fair adjustments to final price.
