The seller is CONTINUALLY harrassing me with MULTIPLE emails every single day asking me to remove my original feedback comment. So i am now leaving this feedback to let everybody no that this company is NOT reliable and sells faulty products and does not refund money. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY... just look at all the other negative comments!

This time I have to compliment customer service as well! Item I received had a faulty remote control unit. After getting in touch with suppler I received replacement remote. The whole process took less then 10 days and replacement remote was travelling express from China! Thank you very much and well done Duok!!
