  I originally ordered the Car Multifunctional Non Slip Mat with the red trim but the seller contacted me right away & said they were out, would I like black instead. I texted him back & said yes. He responded it would ship out right away. True to his word, it came in the next couple of days. It was exactly what I needed for my 2018 Subaru Forrester & it fit perfectly! (see my picture).   This one’s a hard one the item and the seller have been let down by the delivery company They say that they delivered it twice after being called out twice. They then said they delivered it at 11:57 on a Friday yet it was actually delivered on a Saturday midday. I believe the seller has been very honest for a truthful and has asked to look into this issue and has offered apologies and a refund To me that makes a great seller that takes on a complaint and is willing to look into it and make it

  The item is the correct part for the vehicle. The first package was late; arrived from the USPS but there was no part due to a hole in the bag. We contacted the seller and sent pictures of the packing and he graciously resent another part no charge. The second part arrived intact and undamaged in the packing. It was not the seller fault the package was damaged, it appeared to be torn in transit from USPS and the part was lost.

  Thanks to the incompetence of the USPS, delivery of this order was significantly delayed. After about 3-weeks, I contacted the seller to ask the status. He immediately responded, apologized and issued a credit to my account. Two weeks later the parts finally arrived and I offered to have the credit reversed. The seller responded immediately again and told me just to keep the goods gratis in exchange for the delay. Great customer service!!!! The parts themselves are very high quality.
