    RO filter was brand new as advertised, and high quality, as I've purchased from this seller previously. It's a great financial value to utilize home water filtration systems rather than purchasing plastic jugs from the grocery store. Plus it's good for the earth! Filter was well packaged and arrived promptly. Highly recommend these replacement filters and this seller!

    We've ordered this product before and it seems to be decent quality. It came in new condition as described and is a reasonable alternative it seems to the Honeywell branded filters. I marked down for communication because I asked a question on a different product and never received a response after two attempts of communication. We haven't had any trouble ordering and receiving items correctly and promptly so as long as you know what you need you should be alright, just something to keep in mind

    This seller did me right. USPS ripped open the box and damaged one of the items. I let the seller know and sent him photos. He promptly sent me a replacement. I am very happy with the product and the seller.
