It comes with a faux/bonded leather belt that is embellished with fake jewels and a buckle! Unfortunately, the belt is a poor quality which makes the "leather " flake off the moment you touch it! It came it its original packaging on a hanger which makes this a manufacturing issue and not a reflection of this seller! It was shipped quickly and well packaged! I am pleased with this transaction and seller! I can fix it!
