  Seller failed to include all pieces. The holder for the shower head was not included. Contacted seller who said he would mail it out immediately never did. People like this destroy the eBay buying experience. I had to buy the part on Amazon for $7.99. The shipping was delayed as he was on vacation which was probably BS

  The seller sold this item as Authentic and it s not. It s counterfeit. The item I received is not what s shown in the listing photos. The photo shows an authentic Stanley with pink lid and straw. This one is clearly counterfeit and has a clear straw and lid. I want a full refund and the seller to pay to have this item picked up and shipped back to them. This is outrageous.
